The design, development feasibility and then the selection of a development partner to develop a new Milton Keynes YMCA with 196 bedroom units along with a range of social enterprises, teaching rooms, café and offices.

The new scheme is generated through the partial disposal of its existing site for the development as an institutional Private Residential Scheme with approximately 261 apartments over eight floors.
