Bill MacLeod BSc (Hons) MRICS

Bill has worked in the UK property market for over 30 years, managing direct and indirect property investment funds on behalf of institutions, charities and family trusts. He set up Torrin Asset Management to offer an independent service to those with an interest in property wanting bespoke advice and support in buying, selling and maximising the value of their property assets.

Prior to establishing Torrin, Bill was an equity partner at Cushman & Wakefield and managing director of London based Cushman & Wakefield Investors which managed £4.1 billion of assets throughout the UK and Continental Europe on behalf of a range of pension funds, charities and local authorities. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bill worked at ING Real Estate Investment Management as a senior fund manager for 13 years.

Roger Yates BSc MRICS

Roger has 26 years’ experience in the UK commercial property industry, mainly as a partner in Bidwells’ London based capital markets team. Working with a broad range of institutional investors, property companies, long term endowment funds and private investors, Roger’s activity covered acquisitions, disposals and development funding across core sectors with a geographic focus on the South East and Eastern Region. Relocating to Milton Keynes in 2013 as head of Bidwells’ commercial operation and latterly as head of office, Roger was responsible for delivering the firm’s ambitious growth agenda across a wide range of service lines including residential development, planning and building consultancy.

Joining Torrin Asset Management in March 2017, Roger brings agency skills and contacts which perfectly compliment Bill’s fund and asset management experience.
